About The Instructor

Deana Tareshawty is the Founder and Owner of Inspired Life Healing, and a certified Soma Essential Healing practitioner. She also sits on our Board of Directors and serves on our certified teaching staff. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a double minor in Biology and Chemistry. She is also a trained Reiki Master in Usui Reiki.


Course 101 – For adults.

Happiness is a quiet mind.

Inside you there is an ocean of peace and happiness. To become established in that ocean, to swim in it, that is Meditation. The experience of Meditation is a deep rest that is beyond what you experience in sleep. Meditation is actually your natural, free state. By turning the mind within, over and over again, you can experience a boundless inner peace that will begin to transform your life and the lives of others.

The purpose of this course is to help you establish a simple, daily practice of going beyond the mind and beyond the senses to that Palace of Peace.

Part 1: Introduction to Witness Consciousness Centering for making the mind quiet.

Part 2: All about chanting and the power of chanting to calm the restless mind.

Part 3: Sound vibrations and mantras for healing, fearlessness and inner peace.

Part 4: A combining of the experiences and techniques from the first three courses to create a personal meditation practice.

Each part is approximately 60 minutes in length.
